2018
Guangzhou BDS PPE Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of J&Y Group, established to promote its proprietary brand “BDS Baodun.” As a comprehensive head protection product company, it offers a full range of safety solutions including hearing protection earplugs and earmuffs, electronic earmuffs, protective glasses, safety helmets, and safety masks. To strengthen its production capacity, J&Y Safety signed an agreement with Guangqing Industrial Park to invest in a new manufacturing base, Guangdong Jinkaifa, which was scheduled for completion in 2021.
2019
Guangdong J&Y Industrial Co., Ltd., located in Huashan Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou, was officially put into operation in 2019 and now serves as the Group’s production headquarters. With an investment of over 100 million yuan, the company has established a modern production base covering more than 30,000 square meters, featuring a fully automated earplug production line with a daily capacity of 2 million units, an automated eyewear production line, and a Class 100,000 cleanroom for mask manufacturing.
2020
Guangzhou Qijia Health Technology Co., Ltd., located in Xinhua, serves as our operation center with a dedicated sales and operations team of over 70 professionals. The company has officially launched automatic production lines for flat-fold masks and completed the production line for cup-shaped protective masks, both of which have obtained BSI, SGS, and CCQS certifications. Meanwhile, Guangdong Kingkaifa Daily Products Co., Ltd. has also begun construction of a new facility in Qingyuan, scheduled for completion in December 2021.
2021
The Qingyuan production base has been completed, specializing in the manufacturing and sales of medical products, including foam accessories and hearing aids.
2022
The company was appointed as one of the first expert members of the Head Protective Equipment Subcommittee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Personal Protective Equipment.
